How Do I Make A Reservation

  1. First check our Availability and Rates calendar and decide when you would like to visit.

  2. Then contact us by email and request a reservation. Please let us know how you would like to make your payments. We accept cheques (time permitting), PayPal or credit card. If you require alternate arrangements please contact us at TheRetreatByTheLake01@gmail.com.

  3. After making a reservation with us, we will send you a booking agreement form which will include dates, rates and the Terms/Conditions

  4. Please return this form signed by the leader of your group (must be 21 or older) within 10 working days along with a $300 non-refundable deposit. If this is not received within that time the reservation will automatically be cancelled unless other arrangements have been made.

  5. Payments: If you are paying by cheque or bank draft and using the regular mail please include it with your booking form. If you're returning the signed form using e-mail please advise us as to when the cheque will be mailed. If you wish to pay using PayPal we will provide you with the URL.

  6. Once the the booking agreement form and deposit have been received, the contract is considered to be in place and binding.

  7. Should there be no availability at the time you wish to book we would be happy to provide you with the names of other reputable locations
