dining room. The dining room, living room and master bedroom all open
up onto the south facing pool deck area that overlooks the lake.
Security:
Sunset Lakes is a gated
community with an electronic key code access system. The Retreat itself has an electronic key code
lock. Your code will be unique to you
and will apply only to your stay. There
is a safe on the premises for you to store your valuable belongings while away
from the villa. Should any issues arise,
there is a professional management company available 24/7 to provide
assistance.
Privacy:
The Retreat backs onto the lake, not
someone else’s backyard or pool deck.
Visibility from the next door neighbors is restricted by hedges and
screens.
Safety: All sliding doors are secured by safety
locks and door alarms to help protect your children
